Abstract Air pollution and its problems have led scientists to define new ways of overcoming these obstacles, which among the catalytic oxidative (CODS) process is more noteworthy. Herein, a green organic/inorganic nanocomposite was designed with keggin-type polyoxometalate, graphene oxide, chitosan. The PW9La3@GO(gly)@CS (PGC) fabricated via sol-gel method conducted desulfurization under mild conditions. two-step oxidation oil/water phase separation resulted in marvelous efficiency. This temperature-dependent reaction further investigated pseudo-first order kinetics approved mechanism temperature dependency. three substituted keggin POM showed efficiency when immobilized on firm natural polymer like Therefore, PGC characterized by FT-IR, XRD, XRF, SEM confirmed successful synthesis this hybrid material.
