Introduction: Under current conditions of work intensification and introduction information communication technologies, there arise risks developing the syndrome emotional burnout, anxiety depressive disorders among workers in various occupational cohorts. Objective: To analyze scientific publications to establish prevalence psychological problems people working under increased intensity order identify predisposing factors, determine cohorts at risk, prevent disorders. Materials methods: A review studies published 2005–2022 Russian English languages was carried out using such platforms databases as eLIBRARY.ru, Web Science, PubMed, Scopus. The search terms included intensity, burnout syndrome, disorders, depression. We chose prospective studies, which neuropsychic stress workplace assessed an health risk. Of 282 results, 51 on ill-being posed by overstrain were found eligible for inclusion this review. Results: established a high cohorts, including nurses, medical doctors specialties, teachers, psychologists, journalists, athletes, policemen penitentiary police officers, emergency service members. Violence against paramedics has been described as a serious public health problem with the potential for significant physical and psychological harm, but organizational culture within profession encourages to consider violence just "part of job." Therefore, most incidents are never formally documented. This limits ability researchers policy makers develop strategies that mitigate risk enhance paramedic safety.Following development implementation novel, point-of-event reporting process in February 2021, our objectives (1) estimate prevalence generate descriptive profile reported violence; (2) identify potentially high-risk service calls based on characteristics generally known responding at point dispatch; (3) explore underpinning themes, including intolerance gender, race, sexual orientation, contribute violence.Our work is situated single Ontario, Canada.
