Depression is a common mental health issue affecting volunteers, which directly impacts the quality of services they provide. This study investigates unique aspects volunteer depression and analyzes roles credits, stigmatization, personality traits, motivations in influencing levels. Data were collected from survey 822 volunteers Red Cross Hubei Province, China. The results indicate that higher credits significantly reduced scores, while increased stigmatization was associated with Personality traits such as agreeableness conscientiousness helped mitigate negative effects openness exacerbated its impact. Furthermore, driven by understanding value expression more susceptible to adverse stigmatization. findings highlight importance improving enhancing team trust reducing Although large sample size strengthens study, cross-sectional design limits causal inference. Overall, underscores developing effective support measures, thereby service community well-being.

Anxiety disorders and depression often co-occur lack broadly available treatments. Gardenia extract significantly associated with treatment of anxiety-like depression. Based on the dose effect hypothesis previous studies, it is speculated that crocin I, main component gardenia, related to The present study aimed verify reversal I chronic corticosterone-induced depression, further explore its metabolic process in vivo. Ultimately, a new method for rapid sensitive detection trace substances was established. In this study, rat model induced by corticosterone. effects were explored combining behavioral, pathological sections ELASA data.
