The purpose of this study was to describe in-depth the influence character strengths transcendence and wisdom on students’ psychological well-being. This used a qualitative approach phenomenological research. There were three informants in study. Participants are university students who live city Yogyakarta. data collected using an open-ended semi-structured questionnaire through interviews. analyzed thematic analysis techniques. initial results from preliminary research validated triangulation. findings indicated that presence spirituality influenced well-being during their years.

Purpose To explore the value in reminiscing about past festivals as a potential way of improving wellbeing socially isolated times. Design/methodology/approach The paper uses previous research on reminiscence, nostalgia and to underpin analysis self-recorded memory narratives. The social dynamics faced by the people of Jayapura City related to Covid-19 outbreak, namely increasing anxiety and even fear sound ambulance sirens carrying patients so that a negative stigma appears on residents exposed virus. purpose research carried out is describe analyze student perceptions as part community regarding knowledge, handling, siren especially in City, July 2021. This quantitative study using cross-sectional design, sample totaling 63 Cenderawasih University students obtained from direct interviews well filling questionnaires google forms online. Data analysis used Chi-Square, univariate, bivariate, multivariate with multiple logistic regression statistics. values: (1) P=0.099, P=0.32, P=0.486, P=0.242, P=0.996, P=0.066, means there no relationship between age gender Covid-19; (2) P=0.000, P=0.005, knowledge about students’ vaccines; (3) P=0.411, P=0.715, handling (4) P=0.593, sound. Based results discussion this study, namely: Respondents have good or understanding endemic virus; Most respondents saw fairly range categories; generally bad perception passing patients. Adapting music education to pandemic regulations: Conceptualizing the school demands-resource theoretical innovation through autoethnography DOI Creative Commons

The COVID-19 pandemic profoundly impacted the wellbeing of students and teachers around world. Job demands-resource theory has been an integral theoretical framework to understand how workers navigate strenuous conditions. Further, study model was conceptualized students’ school-based responsibilities affect their performance. There is a gap, however, in unifying these models teachers’ are co-influenced by demands resources. To address this, I school explore intersections this phenomena. Through autoethnography, reflected upon my own professional practices as public music teacher facilitating learning experiences during pandemic. Findings generated provide new understandings into job demands-resources health regulations program function. Increased included physical distancing, teaching without singing or movement, increased sanitation classroom materials, but were alleviated via successful job/study crafting. School resources also affected pandemic-related protocols, including changes relationships, self-efficacy. Implications for future research include exploring relationships crafting may optimize engagement programs.

Abstract Introduction This mixed‐method longitudinal study examined American adolescents' meaning making of salient COVID‐19 pandemic events. Method Within phone interviews, adolescents ( N = 124, M age 15.76 years; 46% Latine) narrated their most emotionally impactful experience at two time points ~30 days apart between July 2020 and March 2021. Narratives were coded for (1) content (i.e., event‐type, relation to the pandemic, valence event [positive or negative]), (2) linguistic markers subjective processing (internal state language such as positive emotion, negative cognition words), (3) narrative meaning‐making, (4) outcome meaning‐making “meanings made”). Results About 30% spontaneously made experience. Negative emotion words within narratives 1 positively predicted 2. Meaning increased use themes included: recognizing threat COVID‐19, coping with a shifts in perspectives. The global pandemic has been associated with substantial elevation in mental health problems among emerging adults. In this study, we examined psychological symptoms relation to perceived COVID-19 stress and disturbances identity development (identity distress) university students Canada Spain during the second wave of pandemic. Spanish indicated greater distress than their Canadian counterpart, they reported higher stress. predicted associations were supported stress, symptoms, for both groups, mediated linkage between distress.
