Introduction and purpose Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is a chronic multisystemic autoimmune disease with periods of remissions flares [1,5,25]. Because its possible consequences unpredictability, it undoubtedly an issue for such patients to decide about pregnancy [3]. The main aim this review present the risks SLE in pregnancy, general management current recommendations regarding planning pre-/postnatal care. Review Methods For we conducted research scientific literature from PubMed books, applying keywords (below). Consequently, included our references above 20 selected articles published between 2017-2024 3 chapters different medical books. All these were analyzed terms their currency relevance. A brief description State Knowledge mostly affects women at reproductive age [2, 3,5]. It often requires long-term therapy that aims achieve maintain inactive stage by means numerous aggressive drugs. Its proper gestation even more challenging than usually, owing increased risk adverse outcomes (APO) higher maternal mortality [1,2,4,5,7]. Therefore, successful stratification, modification individually adjusted plan follow-up visits are most crucial conditions be met [1,6,7,13]. Summary Considering all potential complications may occur general, family should raised every female patient [5,6]. key best implementation strategies empowering active aware participant decision-making process [1,3,4,6,11].

Abstract Background This dynamic nomogram model was developed to predict the probability of fetal loss in pregnant patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) mild disease severity before conception. Methods An analysis conducted on 314 pregnancy records SLE who were hospitalized between January 2015 and 2022 at Shenzhen People's Hospital, Longhua Branch Hospital. Data from Hospital utilized as an independent external validation cohort. The nomogram, a widely used statistical visualization tool onset, progression, prognosis, survival, created after feature selection using multivariate logistic regression analysis. To evaluate prediction performance, we employed receiver operating characteristic curve, calibration decision curve Results Lupus nephritis, complement 3, immunoglobulin G, serum albumin, C-reactive protein, hydroxychloroquine all included model. demonstrated good discriminatory power, area under 0.867 (95% confidence interval: 0.787–0.947). According analysis, exhibited clinical importance when ranged 10 70%. predictive ability through validation. Conclusion approach may facilitate precise management

Two groups pregnant women, one without SLE, were included at Gynecology Obstetrics Clinic Ayatollah Mousavi Hospital Zanjan, Iran, from 2019 2020. Participants cohorts completed checklist variables based their medical records. data analyzed using binary logistic regression, chi-square test, analysis variance, independent samples t-test SPSS software version 23. research involved 400 mean age non-SLE being 36.68±4.90 29.46±6.56 years, respectively. most prevalent outcome cesarean section (271 [67.8%]), significantly higher group (54.5% vs. 10.0%, P=0.0001). likelihood experiencing spontaneous abortion, preterm labor, section, LBW increased by more than 6.5 times (odds ratio, 6.54; 95% CI, 2.22-19.27; P=0.001), 3.6 3.67; 1.47-9.18; P=0.005), 18.9 18.94; 6.46-55.49; P=0.0001), 3 3.04; 1.09-8.46; P=0.030) individuals Women have an encountering delivering low-birth-weight infant.
