Long-time exposure to volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the atmosphere can have negative health effects on humans and other living organisms. In order purify ambient air, these VOCs be degraded using photocatalysis. this research, commercially available TiO2 nanoparticles were immobilized a porous poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexa-fluoropropylene) (PVDF) polymer matrix, synthesized phase inversion method. The most used solvent for PVDF is N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). However, known harmful environment, there need replace NMP with more ecological ‘green’ solvent. Here, triethyl phosphate (TEP), methyl-5-(dimethylamino)-2-methyl-5-oxopentanoate (Rhodiasolv® PolarClean) propylene carbonate (PC) dissolve synthesis of photocatalytically active PVDF/TiO2 hybrid layers onto aluminium slides. photocatalytic degradation under UV (365 nm) gaseous ethanol an argon/oxygen (Ar/O2) shows that solvents are suitable replacements NMP, but optimization required improve performance layers. Apart from changing PVDF, photocatalysis stability has been determined, as well repeatability reaction, prove application.

The research focused on assessing the response of oxidoreductases (dehydrogenases and catalase) hydrolases (urease, acid phosphatase, alkaline arylsulfatase, β-glucosidase) to diesel oil (DO) gasoline (G) contamination soils subjected phytoremediation with Zea mays. activity enzymes constitutes one fundamental mechanisms for removal contaminants from soil, which have potential contaminate not only soil but also groundwater water reservoirs.
