As Internet usage reshapes our societies, digital inequalities have increased over the past few decades. During COVID-19 pandemic, many countries accelerated their transformation processes, and it is widely believed pandemic has deepened existing in realm. Yet, studies empirically examined whether labor market during pandemic. This analysis how affected Chinese workers' this influence varied across socioeconomic groups. Experiences and attitudes toward working remotely from home in a time of pandemic: A snapshot from a New Zealand-based online survey DOI Open Access

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, employees from around world were compelled work remotely home and, in many cases, without much preparation. A substantial body of international research has been conducted on experiences and attitudes remote workers as well implications this phenomenon for organisations. While New Zealand evidence is growing, most existing inquiry qualitative. This paper provides a quantitative snapshot working using survey data participants whose jobs can be done (n=415). Data collection took place when country was facing Covid-related measures. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of work and daily life, with higher education being greatly affected, especially in remote teaching, work, digital collaboration. Most these changes are retained the post-COVID-19 era, e.g., enabled greater access to educational opportunities contributed a more inclusive diverse workforce. To investigate what extent impact post-pandemic we have conducted qualitative research on sample 12 professors from Slovenia working education, selected based their extensive research, professional experience, significant contributions field. Delphi method was used for this study since its iterative process refines ideas each round feedback previous one. Participants were given five-day window express views share expertise. responses open-ended questions examined using content analysis. Research indicates that pedagogical organisational characteristics such as ability adapt changes, capacity resilience, willingness embrace transformation crucial preserving long-term induced by pandemics.
