Manufacturing enterprises are actively using big data analytics to pursue service innovation opportunities for sustainable development. The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted the global tourism industry, forcing entrepreneurs to adapt and innovate in order recover. Purpose This study developed a theoretical model to test the relationship between digital capability and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) its effect on innovation performance in small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Design/methodology/approach The proposed was evaluated using partial least-squares structural equation modeling fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis. data were obtained from sample of 536 SMEs Chile. Findings presented two dimensions capability: management information communication technologies (ICTs). This article examines how informal women entrepreneurs in Ghana navigate structural constraints to build thriving businesses. Drawing on De Certeau’s concept of ‘Tactics as an Art the Weak’, we explore these exercise agency institutionally and resource-constrained environment Ghana. Instead, it is more likely the result of interaction between various behavior patterns and different environmental conditions.
