This study explored the relationship between strategic leadership and organizational performance, with a particular emphasis on mediating roles of corporate entrepreneurship intrapreneurship in small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) South Korea. A cross-sectional survey design was employed that targeted SMEs more than three years operational experience. Of 532 questionnaires distributed, 112 valid responses were obtained analyzed using regression analysis. This study investigates the role of educational leadership in supporting student mental health and promoting equity within schools. It examines three models, transformational, trauma-informed, equity-focused leadership, their effectiveness fostering inclusive school environments. By synthesizing recent empirical studies, this review identifies strategies that enhance engagement, emotional resilience, academic performance. The findings reveal schools with proactive experience improved well-being, reduced behavioral challenges, higher success. However, barriers such as resource constraints, inconsistent policy implementation, a lack specialized training for leaders hinder full integration initiatives. Purpose This study examines whether religiosity, a proxy of local culture, impacts on corporate behavior meant as agency costs for Italian unlisted firms. Design/methodology/approach The analysis relies balanced panel dataset enterprises, involving 1,118,620 firm-year observations within the time frame 2014–2023.
