Industrial activity results in ton-scale production of calcium carbide and generation a significant amount residue (CCR), which is often disposed the environment as waste. CCR an active chemical, rain washes away alkali from sludge, changing pH soils water damaging environment. In this work, we explored new opportunities for utilization view coming industrial uptake digital design additive technologies. Amazingly, can be successfully used filler modification 3D printed materials towards introduction hybrid organic/inorganic frameworks. A series commercially available plastics (PLA, ABS, Nylon, PETG, SBS) were matrices CCR-based composite with high contents up to 28%. Tensile analyses showed increases tensile strength Young's modulus 9% 60%, respectively. Moreover, comparison pure plastics, better maintained digitally designed shape (lower shrinkage). Importantly, CCR-filled are printable, making them very promising components building sector. Considering already stored environment, material large quantities near future materials, anticipated exist manufacturing The involvement practical equally important environmental protection reuse multiple-ton wastes.

The transfer of waste materials from the chemical industry to building sector is an emerging area sustainable development. Leftovers, by-products, tails and sludge processes may be valuable components mixtures. Feeding construction by wastes a profitable chain for both sectors. D-labeling is a valuable tool in advanced synthetic chemistry and pharmacy. However, D-incorporation significantly complicates the identification of products. In fact, D labels are invisible 1 H-NMR spectra cause undesirable splitting 13 C-NMR which decreases detectable limits. At same time, 2 not effective for precise due to low sensitivity absence correlations with H atoms. Here, C-label was considered as an accompanying label D-label [13 C+D] unit D-containing sites track D-labels. C+D]-doubly labeled vinyl derivatives triazoles were synthesized using C-labeled calcium carbide source deuterium oxide D-label. The reaction occurred one-step manner accompanied situ doubly acetylene formation. Non-labeled, mono-labeled substrates isolated 25-80% yields.
