Abstract Glucagon‐like peptide 1 receptor agonists (GLP‐1RA) are commonly used as treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. GLP‐1RA have been found to be valuable therapeutic approaches not only glucose control, but also weight loss cardiovascular risk reduction. It has established that immunological anti‐inflammatory effects. The aim of this article was comprehensively review the literature collect, analyse quantitatively resynthesize evidence on possible effects inflammatory skin diseases. Through body reduction subsequent systemic inflammation reduction, mainly through their direct interaction with signalling pathways immune cells, can improve psoriasis hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).
