With the rapid development of society and continuous progress civilization, demand for energy is greatly increasing, so researchers are eager to develop new cheap high-performance storage materials alleviate current problems. Supercapacitors (SCs) ion batteries, as mainstream chemical power supply, have unique performance advantages. SCs characteristics charge discharge storage. Ion batteries higher capacity specific capacity, output voltage, longer service life, wider environmental applications protection capabilities. Carbon graphene used main stream electrode in commercial but long-term use likely lead short-circuit inside batteries. Now carbon graphite reached nearly ideal density, it rather difficult break through, hope find with high density replace them. In recent years, transition metals been valued their theoretical excellent safety performance. This leads many seek ways fully exploit properties metals. Among them, nickel, cobalt zinc metal oxides mostly researched. The following a review such ionic past three years. Meantime, challenges oxide research analyzed its prospects prospected.
