Abstract Staphylococcus aureus ( S. )‐infected osteomyelitis is a deep tissue infection that cannot be effectively treated with antibiotics. Microwave (MW) thermal therapy (MTT) and MW dynamic (MDT) based on MW‐responsive materials are promising for the of bacteria‐infected occurring in tissues In this work, system carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/Prussian blue (PB)/puerarin (Pue) stable network‐like structures constructed. The PB grown situ CNTs, its introduction not only reduces aggregation but large specific surface area mesoporous structure can also provide many active sites adsorption oxygen polar molecules. Nonhealing chronic bacterial infections are very challenging to both patients and the healthcare-providing system. Multimodal therapy enhances antibiotic efficacy treat via combating multidrug resistance through cumulative therapeutic effects. Functionalized polydopamine (PDA)-coated Bi particles having a core-shell structure may such infections. We fabricated new advanced material based on Tris-functionalized PDA using facile three-step protocol for healing drug-resistant The fabrication of particles, coating their Tris functionalization were confirmed by X-ray diffraction, spectroscopic thermogravimetric analyses. PDA-coated abbreviated as Bi/PDA-Tris, exhibited higher average diameter, improved hydrophilicity, aqueous dispersity, colloidal stability. Bi/PDA-Tris showed delicate surface morphology, narrow size distribution, spherical shape, structure. In vitro bovine serum albumin hemolysis assays minimal protein adsorption desirable hemocompatibility Bi/PDA-Tris. Cancer remains a significant global health challenge, driving the search for innovative treatments. Photothermal therapy (PTT) has emerged as promising approach, using photothermal agents to convert near-infrared (NIR) light into heat tumor ablation. Among these agents, nano-molybdenum oxide, particularly non-stoichiometric MoO3-x (0 < x 1), stands out due its unique defect structure, strong NIR absorption, high conversion efficiency (PCE), and pH-responsive degradation. This review summarized recent advancements in oxide PTT, covering classification, synthesis, surface modification, tumor-targeting mechanisms. Subsequently, we explored applications PTT combination therapies, evaluated biocompatibility toxicity, discussed current achievements, challenges, future perspectives cancer treatment.
