In the context of China's Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), ports have a new opportunity to realize high-quality development. Based on analysis current situation pollutant emissions from in Zones (FTZs), this paper introduces environmental factors into framework total factor productivity (TFP) FTZs, and uses Global Malmquist-Luenberger index method analyze evolution trend heterogeneity green TFP 28 19 FTZs 2011 2017. The results show that firstly, sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOX) other pollutants been decreasing year by year. Secondly, both traditional are rise. absence leads underestimation ports. For TFP, main source its growth is technological progress. Thirdly, there obvious port FTZ Nanjing Port has highest rate, with an average annual rate 21.95%. Ningbo Port, which ranks 14th, 5.46%. Abstract Pro‐environmental behavior plays a pivotal role in mitigating adverse environmental conditions like climate change and greenhouse gas emissions. The increasingly severe environmental situation has brought challenges to the world, and organizations are aware of importance management committed changing individuals’ behavior patterns. Green human resource management (HRM) leverages the workforce to advance environmental sustainability. While prior research predominantly examined green HRM’s impact on employees’ dedication, this study takes a more comprehensive approach by investigating broader commitment organization and examining potential boundary condition. We posit that perceptions of HRM, along with their beliefs in its authenticity, interact relate both pro-environmental behavior affective organizational commitment. Results from vignette experiment indicate these effects are stronger when HRM is perceived as authentic rather than inauthentic. Purpose The present study aimed to develop and validate the corporate sustainability disclosure characteristics scale incorporating views of different stakeholders. available tools offered various parameters on which could be made but did not reflect stakeholders’ desire perception an ideal report. Design/methodology/approach was developed with help a mixed-method approach, wherein both qualitative quantitative methods were adopted reliable valid scale. Financial prudence compels businesses to improve their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance when the marginal benefits, pecuniary or non-pecuniary, exceed costs. For several firms, renting green offices is a feasible ESG activity. Analyzing over 17,000 rental contracts in India, we find that rents green-labeled assets those with health certification command significant premiums between 4-21%. However, increased much faster time compared non-green counterparts, propensity rent varies significantly across industry segments. We further examine how market for evolved after mandatory Disclosure Requirement was enforced India 2021. suppliers (landlords) benefited from regulation by disproportionately increasing rates.
