Abstract
Escalation
of
the
global
population
has
accelerated
demand
for
sustainable
energy
sources
such
as
bioethanol.
Traditionally,
bioethanol
been
produced
using
fossil
fuels,
which
are
non-renewable,
non-sustainable,
and
not
eco-friendly.
Thus,
there
is
a
need
to
develop
new
technologies
low-cost
raw
materials
in
order
ensure
that
economically
comparable
traditional
fuels.
Solid-state
fermentation
(SSF)
limelight
within
scientific
community
because
its
efficiency,
cost-effectiveness,
promising
technology

various
products
postbiotics
