The use of images from the Sentinel-3B SYN satellite (surface reflectance and aerosol parameters over land) is currently one most advanced technologies utilized to identify atmospheric concentrations on a global scale. general aim this study analyze evolution aerosols in atmosphere Kiev region northern Ukraine during 2019, 2020, 2021 2022. Due study’s timing, both prior current military incursion into Ukraine, also evaluates consequences invasion Russian army territory relation quantitative levels present atmosphere. Satellite image data were modelled SNAP software (Sentinel Application Platform). Using JASP (version 0.14.1.0), clusters with variations T550 (Aerosol Optical Thickness) generated. made available by European Space Agency (ESA), moderate spatial resolution (>300 m), calibrated normalized an average standard 0.83 µg/mg, maximum error 6.62% 30 sampled points. software. results show concentration different periods, revealing that conflict between Russia directly influenced dynamics concentration, attributed factors incompatible environmental sustainability.

PM2.5 in air pollution poses a significant threat to public health and the ecological environment. There is an urgent need develop accurate prediction models support decision-making reduce risks. This review comprehensively explores progress of concentration prediction, covering bibliometric trends, time series data characteristics, deep learning applications, future development directions. article obtained on 2327 journal articles published from 2014 2024 WOS database. Bibliometric analysis shows that research output growing rapidly, with China United States playing leading role, recent increasingly focusing data-driven methods such as learning. Key sources include ground monitoring, meteorological observations, remote sensing, socioeconomic activity data. Deep (including CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer) perform well capturing complex temporal dependencies. With its self-attention mechanism parallel processing capabilities, Transformer particularly outstanding addressing challenges long sequence modeling. The Sentinel-5 Precursor (Sentinel-5P) is an Earth Observation satellite developed by the European Space Agency. aim primarily to fill gap between end of Envisat mission and proposed launch Sentinel-5. has a single payload carries TROPOMI-sensor aboard which nadir viewing imaging spectrometer. sensor measures electromagnetic spectral wavelengths UV (270-320nm) SWIR (2305-2385nm), carry out air pollution monitoring. both Top Atmosphere (TOA) reflected solar radiation, radiation from Earth. push-broom (non-scanning) configuration with swath 2600km on ground. near pixel dimension 7×3.5km2 for all bands.
