ABSTRACT The deteriorating impact of traditional linear model on agriculture productivity and ecology has drawn a serious emphasis the espousal circular economy ( CE ) practices in sector. Accordingly, an increasing number startups operating principles are emerging sector to create value from agri‐waste. In this research, we aim investigate challenges faced by these agri waste‐to‐value (WTV) startups, which is currently missing extant literature. process, have used lens extended institutional theory (EIT) identify understand WTV stakeholder (ST) propose strategies for overcoming obstacles. An innovative integrated based probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTS), evidential reasoning algorithm (ERA), aggregated‐ranking considering psychological preferences decision makers developed examine challenges.
