carries
out
research

scale,
technical

capabilities,
and
influencing
factors

The
last
century
has
been
characterised

fast
industrialisation
and
population
growth,
causing
strong
outmigration
from
the
rural
territories,
further
increasing
socio-economic
gap
between
urban
areas.
To
counteract
these
problems,
a
lot
of
scholars
have
started
studying
development
methodologies
that
could
be
applied
to
its
evaluation.
main
research
objective
present
work
is
investigate
on
worldwide
scale
how
being
evaluated
and,
more
in
detail,
study
quantitative
indicator-based
approaches
used
for
this
kind
Bibliometric
analysis
was
performed
with
aim
understanding
better
way
state
scientific
topic.
Its
duality,
reflected
nature
phenomenon
(negative
or
positive)
which
studies
origin
from,
confirmed.
During
process
also
encountered
new
perspective
–
