In the realm of environmental conservation and sustainable development, mangrove forests play a pivotal role by contributing numerous benefits upon both ecosystem human society. Consequently, imperative to preserve these habitats cannot be overstated. Conversely, increasing accumulation fly ash bottom (FABA) requires immediate attention. One promising solution lies in utilizing FABA as constituent material concrete mixtures. This study carefully discerned optimal composition for fabricating pervious pots, designed specifically safeguard plants. paper proposes an investigation elaborate interplay between mixing sequences examine their impact on workability, compressive strength, mineral composition. The utilized High-Volume Fly Ash (HVFA) aggregates, comprising 50% content, produced through granulator machine. While exhibiting commendable strength abrasion resistance ideal applications, aggregates displayed elevated levels porosity absorption. there were two recommended variants denoted PFS-60, consisting 60% its binder, PFBS-50, containing 10% replace cement weight. These formulations not only optimized utilization but also met study's target range 3-5 MPa, which can support pot approximately 3-4 years. Noteworthy was permeability, clocking at 694.08 L/m²/minute, enabling efficient water passage without entraining any sediment. Furthermore, adoption Sequence 2 production artificial proved advantageous, enhancing facilitating uniform application processes

The traditional evaluation of compressive strength through repeated experimental works can be resource-intensive, time-consuming, and environmentally taxing. Leveraging advanced machine learning (ML) offers a faster, cheaper, more sustainable alternative for evaluating optimizing concrete properties, particularly materials incorporating industrial wastes steel fibers. In this research work, total 166 records were collected partitioned into training set (130 = 80%) validation (36 20%) in line with the requirements data partitioning sorting optimal model performance. These entries represented ten (10) components fiber reinforced such as C, W, FAg, CAg, PL, SF, FA, Vf, FbL, FbD, which applied input variables Cs, was target. Advanced techniques to (Cs) "Semi-supervised classifier (Kstar)", "M5 (M5Rules), "Elastic net (ElasticNet), "Correlated Nystrom Views (XNV)", "Decision Table (DT)". All models created using 2024 "Weka Data Mining" software version 3.8.6. Also, accuracies developed evaluated by comparing sum squared error (SSE), mean absolute (MAE), (MSE), root (RMSE), Error (%), Accuracy (%) coefficient determination (R2), correlation (R), willmott index (WI), Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE), Kling–Gupta (KGE) symmetric percentage (SMAPE) between predicted calculated values output. At end, has been found transformative approach that enhances efficiency, cost-effectiveness, sustainability wastes-based fiber. Among reviewed, Kstar DT emerge most practical achieving precise results. Their adoption significantly reduce environmental impacts promote use by-products construction. sensitivity on produced 36% from 71% 70% 60% 34% 5% 33% 67% 61% 61%. Fiber Volume Fraction (Vf) (67%) high suggests content greatly crack resistance tensile strength. Steel Orientation (61%) indicates importance alignment distributing stresses enhancing structural integrity.

In environmental conservation, mangrove forests play a crucial role. Retransplanting propagules, however, faces challenges, and success rates are notably low. Achieving an optimal protector for balancing strength without impeding growth, is challenging. Mangrove propagules require temporary with balance, neither too weak nor strong, to shield them from current waves which difficult. We propose using pervious concrete pots high-volume fly ash activated low NaOH concentrations. The investigation focuses on the influence of mixing procedure workability, compressive strength, mineral composition. novel discovery in this study specific sequence stirring ingredients alkali activator, adds interesting dimension research. It recommended adopt Sequence 2 production, where dissolved FA mixture forming albite as N-A-S-H gel product. surely enhanced both workability confirming uniform application processes. two variants, PFS-60 PFBS-50, effectively utilize coal ash, meeting target range 3-5 MPa providing support over 3-4 year period. Notably, compositions maintained consistent mechanical properties during exposure tidal conditions 240 days. They exhibit high permeability (694 liter/m²/minute), facilitating efficient water passage sediment entrainment.

Introduction In Malaysia today, periods of excessive rain can result in flooding poses a significant challenge. The existing drainage system struggles to manage the wastewater effectively. addressing persistent issue Malaysia, this issue’s solution was recommended introduce pervious concrete (PC). Recognizing urgency finding sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions, present study focuses on application PC as potential remedy that allows water infiltrate through its porous structure. Aims Despite benefits PC, there exists notable gap understanding performance, especially when incorporating oil palm shells (OPS) partial aggregate replacement POFA-pervious (PPC). OPS is an agricultural waste material abundant oil-producing regions, remarkably Malaysia. This research aims bridge evaluate performance PPC with OPS. By at different levels curing ages, lack such detailed investigations body knowledge underscores novelty importance research. Methods Experimental tests were conducted comprising density, absorption, void content, compressive strength. All 7 28 days after hardened cured water. Results results revealed content increased, strength decreased but significantly higher than standard. Conversely, reduction accompanied by improvement making encompassing suitable for applications. increased levels, indicating increase porosity. porosity led decrease density Conclusion findings suggest incorporation offer advantages terms absorption. inclusion 10% positively affects PPC.
