Abstract As is known, having a reliable analysis of energy sources an important task toward sustainable development. Solar one the most advantageous types renewable energy. Compared to fossil fuels, it cleaner, freely available, and can be directly exploited for electricity. Therefore, this study concerned with suggesting novel hybrid models improving forecast Irradiance (I S ). First, predictive model, namely Feed-Forward Artificial Neural Network (FFANN) forms non-linear contribution between I dominant meteorological temporal parameters (including humidity, temperature, pressure, cloud coverage, speed direction wind, month, day, hour). Then, framework optimized using several metaheuristic algorithms create predicting . According accuracy assessments, attained satisfying training FFANN by 80% data. Moreover, applying trained remaining 20% proved their high proficiency in forecasting unseen environmental circumstances. A comparison among optimizers revealed that Equilibrium Optimization (EO) could achieve higher than Wind-Driven (WDO), Optics Inspired (OIO), Social Spider Algorithm (SOSA). In another phase study, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) applied identify contributive factors. The PCA results used optimize problem dimension, as well suggest effective real-world measures solar production. Lastly, EO-based solution yielded form explicit formula more convenient estimation

This study presents a novel framework for improving the resilience of microgrids based on power-to-hydrogen concept and ability to operate independently (i.e., islanded mode). For this purpose, model is being developed resilient operation in which compressed hydrogen produced by systems can either be used generate electricity through fuel cells or sold other industries. The bi-objective optimization problem, minimizes cost (i) reducing active power exchange with main grid, (ii) ohmic losses, (iii) increasing amount stored tanks. A solution approach also deal complexity model, combining goal programming Generalized Benders Decomposition, due mixed-integer nonlinear nature problem. results indicate that approach, although cost, does not lead load shedding event grid failures. concludes integrating distributed significant benefits, including emission reductions up 20 % savings 30 %. Additionally, integration decomposition method improves computational performance 54 compared using commercial solvers within GAMS software.

Effective and maximum utilization of waste heat from industrial processes fossil plants can improve thermodynamic performance declined the environmental impacts discharge to atmosphere. Here, multi-aspect assessment optimization a novel cogeneration power cooling load cycle (CPCC) is developed. The considered process designed under three-level recovery consisting an ORC (organic Rankine cycle) unit ejection-based refrigeration process. Thermodynamic performance, cost feasibility assessments suggested have been comprehensively evaluated discussed. A two-objective developed minimize total maximize exergy efficiency. Moreover, comprehensive CPCC behavior compared with reference system (a single-level recovery/ORC compression-based process). also examined various environmentally compatible refrigerants. analysis based on two indicators (i.e., life cycle-climate equivalent-warming impacts). Abstract In this article, a novel multi-generation plant is addressed and assessed from the energy, exergy, exergoenvironmental exergoeconomic points of view. The composed two main units: one unit for energy production another carbon capture methanol synthesis. Biomass fuel, solar seawater are nutrients in plant. Steam, Brayton, organic Rankine Kalina cycles have been employed to generate electricity. A linear Fresnel collector-driven farm considered as an auxiliary heat source. addition, integrated desalination based on multi-effect unit, microbial fuel cell reverse osmosis has installed proposed structure offered designed under new configuration layout that had not reported publications. From outcomes, can produce 69.6 MW net electricity, 0.53 kg/s methanol, 0.81 oxygen gas, 73.8 fresh water ~0.015 hydrogen gas. Under such performance, be 51.72 27.5% efficient view respectively. Further, total cost rate environmental impact ~3378 US$/h 294.1 mPts/s, comparative analysis developed exhibit superiority planned five-objective optimization also achieve optimum design data outcomes
