<p>The current public transportation systems predominantly rely on rigid schedules and service patterns, leading to suboptimal resource allocation that impacts both passengers transit operators. This inefficiency results in the wastage of resources dissatisfaction among users. The unsatisfactory passenger experience significantly contributes declining ridership, thereby diminishing revenue for To specifically address these challenges encountered by Lhasa's system, we propose a multi-objective model bus departure timetables. aims synchronize costs waiting time operation concurrently, accounting diverse constraints such as actual travel times, operational numbers, capacity limits, arrival distributions. In this research, establish optimization with primary goal maximizing satisfaction while concurrently optimizing company. Implemented Lhasa, China, use Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ derive Pareto fronts relevant analysis. research findings demonstrate reduction frequency departures one within one-hour timeframe. Additionally, substantial 37% decrease is observed count buses not arriving at stations number compared previous These suggest promising potential significant benefits company system.</p>
