Exploring the spatial network structure of land-use carbon emissions (LUCE) and balance in developing regions is pivotal for climate change mitigation these areas. Using socio-economic data from 2000 to 2020, this study focused on Jiangxi Province as a representative case elucidate LUCE conduct zoning. The primary findings were follows: (1) distribution demonstrated pattern with high values northwest low southeast. An increasing trend was observed total amount LUCE. Furthermore, there evident regional differences Ecological Support Coefficient (ESC), indicating weakening sink capacity. (2) intricate but stable. Although gravitational interactions between cities have intensified, overall connectivity remained moderately correlated, prominent development imbalance. (3) There pronounced "core-periphery" correlation network. Northern "core" network, taking an "initiator" role, whereas most southern played "passive" resided at "periphery" inter-regional exhibited spillover, inter-block correlations surpassing those within blocks. (4) By leveraging empirical metrics, we categorized into five distinct zoning types subsequently proposed optimization strategies. From perspective social analysis (SNA), offers methodological insights low-carbon synergistic emission reduction regions.

The continuous expansion and development of anthropogenic activities pose considerable threats to the habitats myriad species. Therefore, exploring how protect optimize species' achieve harmony between humans nature is particularly important. As a paradise for wildlife, Poyang Lake habitat breeding ground birds, fish, other aquatic organisms. In this study, adopting multi-level perspective 'point-line-area', we had an appliance conservation by constructing ecological security pattern (ESP) in Ecoregion (PYLE). We produced land use cover from 2000 2040 using random forest cellular automata-Markov model. Combining morphological spatial analysis, landscape index, Linkage Mapper, constructed long-term ESP PYLE considering protection. spatiotemporal dynamics were compared analyzed. results show that PYLE's rapid economic led extensive urban growth, encroaching on surrounding bare land, which could undermine local survival. Urban agglomerations are the key areas to promote carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction. Understanding association of CO2 emission urban and their influencing factors is significant synergistic management reduction in Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB). Based on data three major YREB from 2010 2020, this study summarised characteristics structure agglomerations, explored affecting spatial emissions each agglomeration, proposed countermeasures collaborative accordingly. Results show that correlations increase year by year, have “dense east sparse west,” network correlation differ significantly among agglomerations. The linkage has formed a block division with as boundary, linkages between relatively weak. status role city different, formation paths different agglomerations; therefore, differentiated policies need be formulated for region. above findings provide realistic support constructing strategy first-before-supporting manner.

In the pursuit of sustainable urban development, construction land development (CLD) not only carries important mission promoting economic growth but also needs to actively respond environmental requirements reducing carbon emissions. However, there is a tension and balance between these two objectives. This study explores evolution characteristics influencing mechanisms synergistic relationship emission efficiency benefits CLD based on undesirable slacks-based measurement, coupling coordination degree (CCD) model, Tapio decoupling spatial convergence interpretable machine learning techniques. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) CCR CEE in China shows characteristic “improvement-stability-local decline”, it higher eastern region than central western regions. (2) (CEE) 2003 2023 diverse trends different provinces time scales China. (3) China’s consistent with σ-convergence β-convergence, gap level inter-regional co-ordination has narrowed. On contrary, regions do pass σ β-convergence tests, regional equilibrium be improved. (4) descending order influence CCR, they ownership structure, per capita, energy consumption unit gross domestic product, industrial foreign trade investment intensity.

With regard to the aims of achieving “Dual Carbon” goal and addressing significant greenhouse gas emissions caused by urban expansion, there has been a growing emphasis on spatial research prediction carbon emissions. This article examines land use data from 2000 2020 combines Grid PLUS model predict in 2030 through multi-scenario simulation. The findings indicate following: (1) Between 2020, construction increased 95.83%, with also increasing. (2) By 2030, for NDS (natural development scenario), are expected peak at 6012.87 × 104 t. Regarding ratio obtained EDS (economic is projected grow 3990.72 km2, 6863.29 For LCS (low-carbon “carbon peak” be reached before 2030. (3) intensity decreases as city size increases. (4) shift center emission all movement towards southeast. Studying trends regional change patterns beneficial optimizing structure, thereby enabling us achieve low-carbon reductions sustainable development.
