Purpose
This
study
aims
to
evaluate
the
impact
of
green
human
resource
management
on
cognitive
factors,
employees'
pro-environmental
behavior
and
environmental
performance
hotels
in
Vietnam.
Design/methodology/approach
Drawing
upon
primary
data
collected
from
a
sample
393
hotel
employees,

covariance-based
structural
equation
modeling
(CB-SEM)

hypotheses

In
recent
years,
there
has
been
growing
awareness
of
the
need
for
sustainability
in
hospitality
industry.
The
hotel
industry,
particular,
identified
as
a
significant
contributor
to
environmental
degradation.
To
address
this
issue,
managers
have
begun
adopt
green
human
resource
management
(GHRM)
practices
promote
sustainable
behavior
among
employees.
This
research
paper
explores
relationship
between
GHRM
practices,
brand
citizenship
(BCBs),
organizational
pride,
and
individual
values
study
examines
how
influence
BCB
through
mediation
pride
moderation
values.
A
survey
was
conducted
with
328
employees
from
five-star
hotels

analyzed

PLS-SEM.

Purpose
The
study
sought
to

mediating
effect

employee
environmental
commitment
(EEC)
in
relationships
between
green
human
resource
management
practices

HRMPs)

sustainability

turnover
intentions

ABSTRACT
In
the
context
of
increasingly

environmental
pollution,
