Purpose This study aims to evaluate the impact of green human resource management on cognitive factors, employees' pro-environmental behavior and environmental performance hotels in Vietnam. Design/methodology/approach Drawing upon primary data collected from a sample 393 hotel employees, this utilizes covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) test hypotheses conduct path analysis. Findings The study’s findings reveal several key insights. Firstly, GHRM positively influences knowledge (EK), attitude (EA), toward (APB), (PB) employees (EP) hotels. Additionally, results also indicate that EK promotes EA, APB PB, both EA can predict PB employees. Surprisingly, CB-SEM analysis reject direct PB. In the current context of increasing global environmental challenges, sustainable production and development have become strategically important for companies. This study explores impact green managerial awareness on environmentally responsible production, both direct indirect, through mediating role human resource management friendly employee behavior. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 207 wine companies, PLS-SEM technique was employed to analyze relationships between variables. In recent years, there has been growing awareness of the need for sustainability in hospitality industry. The hotel industry, particular, identified as a significant contributor to environmental degradation. To address this issue, managers have begun adopt green human resource management (GHRM) practices promote sustainable behavior among employees. This research paper explores relationship between GHRM practices, brand citizenship (BCBs), organizational pride, and individual values study examines how influence BCB through mediation pride moderation values. A survey was conducted with 328 employees from five-star hotels obtained data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. results indicate that positively affect is partially mediated by pride. Furthermore, found moderate BCB, indicating stronger are more likely exhibit BCB. These findings contribute literature on offer insights enhance their efforts effective practices.

Purpose: Sustainable Human Resource Management (S-HRM), Green (GHRM), and Environmental (Environmental HRM) are terms that have been increasingly used in the field of human resources. This article aims to analyse how these being literature identify if there conceptual differences between them. Methodology/Approach: The study was based on analysing publications subject indexed Web Science, covering 543 articles. Clustering techniques co-citation co-occurrence keywords were verify existence or absence distinct groupings differentiated terms. Findings: results indicate well-defined Clusters concerning co-citation. analysis networks also suggests specificities regarding use S-HRM GHRM. Purpose The study sought to examine the mediating effect of employee environmental commitment (EEC) in relationships between green human resource management practices (Green HRMPs) and sustainability (ES) turnover intentions (ETI). Design/methodology/approach Using a cross-sectional survey approach, data was sourced from 296 respondents five manufacturing firms listed on Ghana Stock Exchange. Data analysed using descriptive inferential statistics with help Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) SmartPLS. Findings Results showed that EEC had partial mediation relationship Green HRMPs ES at organisational level but fully mediated ETI individual level. Practical implications It is evident findings improve stability. Therefore, practitioners educational institutions should consider integrating concerns into their functional processes operations. In addition, governments as policymakers formulate strengthen enforcement already-existing policies promote integration initiatives both private public entities. Originality/value Little known about HRM its individual-level outcomes, especially Sub-Saharan Africa. This presents empirical evidence an emerging economy.

ABSTRACT In the context of increasingly severe global environmental pollution, how to promote harmonious development enterprises, ecological environment, and public, further improve performance enterprises is an urgent problem be solved. Drawing on resource‐based theory dynamic capability theory, this study conducted empirical analysis using survey data from 451 in China. The results showed that green human resource management (GHRM) has a significant positive impact corporate performance, reputation have dual mediating effect above relationship. addition, top support positively moderates direct relationship between GHRM capability, at same time indirect through capability.
