Using the panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies spanning from 2007 to 2021, we explore impact synergism carbon emission trading policy tax on level enterprises through difference-in-difference model, intermediary effect regulatory model. The research results show that: (1) Carbon both promote enterprises' reduction. (2) There are three paths for policies encourage reduction actions synergistically: improving green technology innovation level, optimising energy structure, accelerating industrial structure optimisation. (3) Mediated that greater company's government support R&D investment, between drive better company. (4) positively fosters public ownership companies' emissions reductions heavily polluted industry companies.

Stimulating green technology innovation in agricultural enterprises through appropriate environmental policies is of great significance for achieving development. Based on the data listed agribusinesses from 2007 to 2020, this paper analyzes incentive effects traditional regulatory tools, carbon trading, and policy synergies using SDM-SDID model. It was found that: (1) Although both tools trading provide effects, former tends exhibit more pronounced direct making it suitable adoption by local governments, while latter demonstrates stronger spatial spillover application a national market context. (2) Command-and-control instruments are complementary mixes, other mixes be used as context actual situation. (3) The significant eastern regions, non-heavily polluting, state-owned agribusinesses, but not basic sector. above research, reveals differentiated different types combinations agribusinesses. Carbon pricing and firms’ GHG emissions: Firm-level empirical evidence from East Asia DOI Creative Commons

This study investigates the impacts of carbon pricing policies on firms' greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. We include two policies: tax and emission trading scheme (ETS) at national sub-national (province) levels, measured as policy existence (binary variable) price (continuous variable). Firms' GHG emissions are total intensity. Using unique recent firm-level data from 2010 to 2021 three East Asia countries (Japan, Republic Korea (ROK), People's China (PRC)), we obtain following key findings. First, significantly reduced intensity in Japan ROK. The greater price, impact.
