Abstract Background Expenditure of healthcare services has been growing over the past decades. Lean and agile are two popular paradigms that could potentially contain cost improve proficiency system. However no systematic review was found on leagilty in research. This study aims at synthesizing extant literature leagility area to consolidate its potential identify research gaps for future field. Methods A is conducted following PRISMA checklist approach. Studies were searched multiple databases. The selection articles executed by dual-scanning researchers ensure quality data relevance topic. Scientific published between January 1999 November 2023 concerning leagile analysed using Microsoft Excel VOSviewer (version 1.6.18). Results Out 270 identified from inclusion exclusion criteria, 24 included review. total 11 target areas applications healthcare. Success limiting factors classified into macro micro aspects further categorized six dimensions: policy, organization, human resources, marketing, operation management technology. Moreover, four revealed suggestions provided study. Conclusion Leagility context still being infancy. Few empirical validation literature. Further exploration application theory various sectors under scope appealed for. Standardization modularization, leadership support, skillfulness professionals staff training most frequently mentioned a successful implementation sector.

Abstract Modern agri‐food supply chains are gradually becoming complex due to perishability, seasonality, frequent disruption, fluctuating consumer requirements and environmental concerns. Implementing multiple practices may help address this complexity develop a robust chain that enables competitive edge for the organisation. This paper discusses possibility of integrating various through Industry 4.0 in chain. In addition, getting insights from bibliometric systematic reviews. The study tried search possible keywords import data on research platforms such as Web Science, Science Direct Scopus. All collected were merged into single file, removing duplicates verifying papers based abstract title relevancy. Finally, concluded review 97 articles. By analyzing content all articles reviewing package ‘R’. paper's finding suggests these mentioned article gives collaborative output sustainable, efficient, flexible resilient leverages technology market dynamics while maximizing sustainable impact. researcher practitioner advised wise implementation suggested understanding their benefit also presented future direction focusing practical application practices.
