Purpose Lean Six Sigma 4.0 (LSS 4.0) represents a significant advancement in process optimization by integrating technology and data-driven approaches to achieve comprehensive excellence. Organizations worldwide, across both developed developing regions, are increasingly adopting LSS drive substantial improvements. Purpose In recent years, the global focus has increasingly shifted toward adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) due to growing concerns about environmental sustainability and imperative reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The transportation sector, a significant contributor air pollution climate change, faces increasing pressure embrace EVs as solution. However, resistance exhibited by customers adopting new technology poses substantial obstacle widespread EVs. Drawing on link between theory reasoned action (TRA) self-congruity theory, this research aims determine factors that affect customer intention EV. The Circular Economy of the Automotive Industry’s Sustainable Supply Chain in Case Lithium-Ion Batteries is pioneering environmental protection and ecological resource utilization. In addition to solving problems, this method provides economic benefits by reducing need for raw materials lowering manufacturing costs. However, introducing a circular economy approach lithium-ion battery supply chain has numerous risks challenges. This study addresses these challenges crafting framework that encapsulates involved.
