For sustainable development, the roles of energy efficiency and renewable is undeniable. We are passing through era globalization economies expanding their economic activities across borders. In this scenario, nations striving for development without hurting climatic conditions. Therefore, study employs Bai Carrion-i-Silvestre unit root test Westerlund cointegration tests. The variables were found to have mix order integration shows in panel data. Method Moments Quantile Regression (MMQR) used ascertain effects economic, environmental, factors on load capacity factor (LCF), a measure environmental quality G-20 countries. Key findings supporting Load Capability Curve (LCC) theory show that while initial growth (GDP) has negative impact (coefficient −0.035 at median quantile), advanced (GDP 2 ) improves LCF 0.513 90th quantile 0.388 median). coefficient 0.055 indicates positive association between consumption LCF. Natural resources exhibit 0.061 0.037 median. However, there drawbacks both financial contemporary technology; coefficients −0.021 −0.058, respectively. work suggests targeted strategies, including more stringent legislation, backing energy, resource management, advancements technologies, regulation globalization, bolstering international cooperation.

There is a body of research that focuses on the examination long-run relations between energy–environment–economic growth, and there also new type recent effects monetary fiscal economic policies environment. gap exists due to omitting technology energy policies, this paper addresses gap, in addition merging both fields mentioned above, by including asymmetric policies. To explore fossil fuel renewable energies, environmental pollution, roles energy, technology, monetary, employs novel NBARDL Granger Causality methods for yearly data assessments USA. The empirical findings point impacts short- long-run. Interestingly, contractionary expansionary lead higher CO2 emissions. Contractionary exert downward pressure emissions, if expansionary, policy causes degradation. As an important policy, emerges as potent tool reducing carbon emissions through not only but greater impact efficiency technology. Therefore, highlights importance exhibiting varying relationships with featuring unidirectional or bidirectional causality patterns. Renewable combined adequate are determined have pivotal outcomes. Such should focus cleaner sources accompanied technologies USA curtail impacts; vital fostering innovations encouraging technologies. recommendations include effective combination fiscal, backed strong commitment achieving mitigate pollution contribute sustainable development.

This study examines the complex relation among environmental taxes, productive capacities, urbanization, and their collective effects on quality in Africa, drawing two decades of data from twenty African countries. It situates within broader discourse sustainable development economic growth, emphasizing Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) framework to examine relationship between development, characterized by urban expansion increased adoption taxes amidst continent’s diverse environments. Using advanced econometric techniques, including Cross-Section Augmented Autoregressive Distributed Lag (CS-ARDL) model Dynamic Common Correlated Effects Mean Group (DCCEMG) estimator, addresses challenges such as cross-sectional dependence slope heterogeneity. The results provide important insights into dynamics growth role taxation. proposes tailored policy strategies aimed at strengthening initiatives line with international agreements Paris Agreement Sustainable Development Goals. These advocate for a nuanced application promotion capacities enhance sustainability across continent.
