Sustainable development has elevated the role of green entrepreneurship, notably in China's electric vehicle (EV) components sector, which presents vast opportunities for SMEs. While studies have explored success and failure Green Entrepreneurial Intention, factors influencing it remain under-researched, particularly from perspective individual intentions. Existing research primarily focuses on policies, regulations, macro-environments affecting business models, with limited attention to influence entrepreneurial sustainable initiatives. This study aims bridge this gap by examining impact Perceived Attitude, Behavioural Control, Subjective Norms, Organizational Commitment Entrepreneurship using Openness Experience as a moderating factor. Data were collected through cross-sectional survey 383 SMEs China, employing simple random sampling technique. PLS-SEM regression analysis was used test hypotheses, guided Theory Planned Behaviour (TPB) (OC) theory. The findings revealed that Attitude significantly positively influences entrepreneurship Highly integrative subjective norms also correlated Furthermore, Control facilitated emerged strong moderator relationships between Norms Intention. contributes existing knowledge base highlighting gaps inconsistencies literature regarding TPB OC intention. results theoretical managerial implications, emphasizing importance fostering entrepreneurship.

Purpose Drawing on signaling theory and the “signal transmission–interpretation–feedback” framework, this study explores effects of perceived distributive justice respect from managers nurses' work meaningfulness effort in public hospitals China examines moderating role self-efficacy. Design/methodology/approach We collected 341 paired questionnaires for nurses four China. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling hierarchical regression analysis. Although the contribution of manufacturing to gross domestic product is very large, its negative impact on environment has not been resolved. To answer this challenge, behavior employees and workers in consuming natural resources must provide innovative solutions environmental issues, called green consumption (IGC). This study answers what variables influence IGC how interactions between these occur. aimed analyze theory planned framework (TPBF) perceived moral obligation (PMO) intention (GI) pro-environmental (PEB), PEB IGC, moderating direct an work (IWE) IGC. was a quantitative method. Purpose The study investigates the serial mediation of green work engagement and individual collective psychological ownership in nexus between inclusive leadership creativity among hotel employees Ghana. Design/methodology/approach Four-hundred eighty-four (484) samples were selected using convenience sampling technique from 3–4 star rated hotels. data solicited with a self-reported questionnaire was analyzed SEM-PLS. Findings findings reveal that directly improves employee’s creativity, ownership. Green separately serially mediate relationship creativity. Research limitations/implications imply managers should adopt practices to foster employees' environmental initiatives. Purpose Drawing on insights from social exchange theory, this study aims to investigate the underlying mechanisms linking green inclusive leadership (GIL) and innovative work behavior (GIWB). Design/methodology/approach The methodology uses partial least square structural equation modeling analyze responses 310 participants using SMARTPLS 4.1. Data were gathered family-owned textile companies located in an emerging market. Findings empirical results confirm corporate responsibility (CSR) as a mediator relationship between GIL GIWB. also reveals that self-efficacy (GSE) moderates indirect impact of GIWB through CSR. Originality/value This contributes valuable into environmental management within organizations theoretical lenses identity theories. Contextually, it contributed by collecting unique data mills developing economies. Finally, no previous has examined moderating role GSE market setting.
