Multi-criteria
methods
are
highly
attractive
tools
to
address
the
inherent
complexity
of
evaluating
problems
in
various
scientific
areas.
The
combination
such
as
Delphi/AHP
is
emerging
a
robust
alternative
evaluate
sustainability
renewable
energy
sources.
In
this
theoretical-descriptive
research,
use
Delphi
method
proposed
select
criteria
and
sub-criteria
obtain
high
level
reliability,
while
AHP
used
establish
an
order
preference
among
alternatives
analyzed.
This
process
requires
support
committee
experts,
whose
role
identify
biomass
that
can
be
sugar
industry,
considering
aspects
related
sustainability.
