Driven by the new infrastructure of smart city, in order to explore sustainable development this paper starts from reuse waste concrete, and studies mechanical properties recycled concrete short columns ribbed thin-walled square steel tube, taking number stiffeners ratio height thickness as parameters. Two types tube were designed: one with ribs other ribs. The final load capacity failure mode primarily investigated. double-ribbed, single-ribbed non-ribbed axial compression analyzed load-displacement relationship. test results show that setting stiffening not only improves bearing specimen, but also effectively slows down local buckling pipe. When width-to-thickness specimen is small, increasing has little effect on when remains unchanged. With increase height-thickness stiffener, stability wall have an trend. On basis, finite element software ABAQUS was used establish analysis model. analysis’s findings demonstrate model’s curve mostly agree experiments.

Although the citizens’ satisfaction in smart cities (CSSC) has become a vital criterion for cities, which symbolizes people-centric concept, previous research on simulating CSSC only considered technological innovation and policy changes at macro level, resulting neglect of micro emotional contagion between citizens. To address this gap, simulation approach is proposed to consider influence caused by through agent-based model (ABM). Supported expectation confirmation (ECM) theory (ECT), ABM implemented Anylogic platform, based survey data from 19 China. The results various scenarios show that expectations are key factor affecting CSSC, cannot be ignored, especially acquaintance society. As social networks more intimate, impact will turn citizen group into an “antithetical society,” means situation with severe polarization CSSC. This study also discusses possible threshold transition process. Based analysis multiple scenarios, it implied should evaluated considering contagion, prioritize quality over quantity.
