Improving green innovation efficiency (GIE) is crucial for reducing enterprise carbon emissions and fostering sustainability. Meanwhile. most of the research has not considered micro-level influence trading on GIE. Therefore, objective this paper to assess impact policy (CTP) GIE enterprises its specific mechanism. This uses data from China’s listed 2010 2019 treats 2013 CTP in seven regions as a quasi-natural experiment. The Super-SBM model applied calculate difference-in-difference-in-differences (DDD) method assesses by comparing pre- post-policy efficiencies. results reveal that improves high-carbon emission sectors pilot areas. It primarily boosts increasing environmental attention resource allocation enterprises. significantly promotes non-state-owned (non-SOEs), large-scale enterprises, with strict regulations. Finally, recommendations are made more environmentally friendly sustainable development.

With the continuous promotion of digitalization and global trend toward a low-carbon economy, issue whether enterprises can enhance their carbon performance with assistance digital technology has aroused widespread attention from both academia industry. In order to explore improve manufacturing enterprises, this study, based on resource orchestration theory signaling theory, utilizes data China’s A-share 2012 2021 empirically investigate relationship between firms. It also explores mediating conduction path boundary influencing factors them. Global climate change has necessitated a transition to sustainable development, prompting nations prioritize green total factor productivity (GTFP) as key indicator of economic and environmental efficiency. This study examines the role innovation network (GIN) in enhancing urban GTFP within China’s Yangtze River Delta (YRD)—a region pivotal national growth ecological sustainability. Using data from 41 cities spanning 2011 2020, we constructed GIN based on inter-city cooperative patents analyzed positions using social analysis (SNA). Urban was assessed through Super-SBM model, two-way fixed-effects panel models, along with threshold effect were applied evaluate impacts GTFP. The findings reveal that stronger significantly enhance GTFP, finance further amplifying this effect. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Aragón’s Regional Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization (RIS3) 2014–2020 by applying Social Network Analysis (SNA) to a comprehensive dataset regional, national, and European competitive public projects involving Aragonese entities between 2014 2023. The analysis explores how collaborative structures—weighted funding amounts—impact knowledge transfer, stakeholder participation, strategic alignment within innovation ecosystem. Findings reveal significant concentration in (86% total ecosystem investment), contrasted with varying degrees local national involvement. Cohesion metrics show high connectivity closure network, whereas regional calls, though exhibiting tighter density, remain comparatively fragmented reliant on research centres universities. Centrality measures identify key bridging institutions, which facilitate advanced diffusion but also expose potential over-dependence small subset actors. results highlight value integrating SNA into RIS3 evaluations better capture resources, governance mechanisms, institutional pressures interact. By offering data-driven methodology that can be monitored continuously policy recommendations, it aims guide Aragón other regions refining their strategies towards more inclusive, resilient, globally ecosystems.

Abstract Corporations are under increasing pressure to adapt their strategies mitigate the adverse effects of climate risk. This study explores theoretical and empirical relationship between risk corporate collaborative innovation, highlighting mechanisms involved.
