Introduction
In
order
to
achieve
the
coordinated
development
of
environmental
protection
and
economic
growth,
China
has
implemented
a
series
policies.
However,
relationship
between
policy
growth
is
ambiguous
due
regional
differences.
Methods

An
integrated
water
sustainability
assessment
is
conducive

realizing
the
optimal
allocation
and
efficient

model
(QQBM)

(WRBS).

ABSTRACT
Collaborative
governance
has
been
increasingly
applied
in
the
field
of
water
governance.

Abstract
The
development
of
photocatalytic
membranes
using
electrospinning
technology
has
significantly
advanced
their
practical
applications.
However,
current
are
encountering
the
issues

mechanical
property
in
non‐elastic
fiber
and
low
charge
carrier
separation
efficiency

polymer.
Through
improving
thermoplastic
polyurethane
(TPU)
precursor
dissolution

conductive
polyaniline
(PANI)
respectively

electrospinning,

elastic

TPU

higher

to
traditional

Strengthening
Agricultural
Economic
Resilience
(AER)
has
become
a
crucial
approach
to
ensuring
food
security
and
promoting
sustainable
social
development,
particularly
in
light
of
supply
shocks
such
as
limited
resources,
environmental
pressures,
stagnating
agricultural
profitability,
diminishing
demographic
advantages.

study
examines
AER
across
31
Chinese
provinces
from
2008
2020,
analyzing
its
temporal
evolution
spatial
distribution
characteristics.
Additionally,
it
assesses
the
spillover
effects

driving
factors
using
Spatial
Durbin
Model
(SDM).

results
indicate
that
China’s
average
rose

upward

(ASFMs)
