Abstract The cost-effective scheduling of distributed energy resources through sophisticated optimization algorithms is the main focus recent work on microgrid management. In order to improve load factor and efficiency, load-shifting techniques are frequently used in conjunction with additional complex constraints such as PHEV battery life assessment. Pollutant reduction, however, rarely highlighted a primary goal. An incentive-based demand response (IBDR) introduced proposed close this gap promote curtailment during peak hours. IBDR policy rewards participant customers incentives for which turn lowers emissions generation costs. Furthermore, trade-off approach ensures both environmental economic sustainability by striking balance between cost reduction emission reduction. Considering fact view that 30–40% willing participate program, six different scenarios have been analysed, each involves various levels grid participation approaches pricing electricity market. These also include implementation programmes. Differential evolution algorithm was tool study. results achieved all demonstrate suitability effectiveness implementing suggested strategy terms savings. Due to the increase in electric energy consumption and significant growth number of vehicles (EV) at level distribution network, new networks have started using fuels such as hydrogen improve environmental indicators same time better efficiency from excess capacity renewable resources. In this article, services that can be provided by refueling stations charging optimal performance microgrids been investigated. The model proposed paper includes a two-stage stochastic framework for scheduling resources microgrids, especially vehicle charging. model, two main goals cost minimization greenhouse gas emissions are considered. first stage, service range is determined precisely according electrical limitations systems emergency situations.
