The resource utilization of waste plastics is an inevitable trend toward achieving sustainable social development. plastic in washing machines a highly potential source recycling. This study developed strategy for effectively regenerating PP from machines. optimal process parameters friction alkali were determined through response surface curve analysis. Under the conditions 280 rpm, 10 min, and pH = 12, proportion black spots impurities decreased to lowest amount 11.69 × 10–3 wt %. Additionally, physical sorting, granulation, regeneration was constructed. Large-scale data statistical analysis indicated that recycled exhibited excellent stability performance impurity content. Meanwhile, different formulations designed modify improve properties PP. achieved provides theoretical practical guidance environmentally friendly reutilization plastics.

The regeneration of plastic components from waste refrigerators is an inevitable trend for sustainable social development. However, the technical process and practical verification industrial recycling plastics are missing undisclosed. In this study, a detailed physical sorting route purification ABS PS in was revealed. residual glass content recycled flakes 0.013 0.019 wt %, metal 0.17 0.21 respectively.
