Cultural ecosystem services of urban green space for human well-being: A literature review based on bibliometrics and knowledge mapping analysis

Urban
green
spaces
are
key
areas
where
residents
interact
with
and
experience
the
natural
environment.
These
provide
a
broad
range
of
ecosystem
services,
including
non-material
benefits,
specifically
cultural
services
(UG-CES),
that
contribute
to
human
well-being.
Ecosystem
important
for
well-being,
particularly
in
promoting
health
overall
welfare.
CES,
as
critical
category
is
closely
linked
health.
Through
systematic
review
expanding
body
literature
on
UG-CES,
three
primary
were
identified:
UG-CES
valuation;
supply
demand
dynamics;
relationship
between
The
research
progress
limitations
these
domains
summarized.
Finally,
framework
highlighting
four
topics
proposed,
i.e.:
enhancing
associated
design
&
planning
management
practices;
spatial
(explicitly
optimizing
supply-demand

UG-CES);
exploring
well-being
mechanism
UG-CES;
conducting
scenario-based
simulations
understand
dynamics
UG-CES.
This
forms
context
into
which
future
could
be
placed.

2024,
using
qualitative
content
analysis,
discusses
landsenses
perceived
practiced.
