The global consensus to move towards carbon neutrality has been growing amidst turbulence, and the issue of emissions an unavoidable topic for achieving goal neutrality. introduction microalgae photosynthetic sequestration technology optimizes culture environment through hydrodynamics enhances efficiency light dioxide transfer, thus increasing rate photosynthesis effect microalgae. Based on biomechanical perspective, this study constructed a three-party dynamic evolution game model including agricultural subjects, enterprises local governments, analyzed mechanism by microalgae, financing subsidy system trading mechanism, explored strategic choices behavioral process subjects in face different policy incentives, verified conclusions numerical simulation analysis. shows that: (1) implementation financial policies governments significantly increases willingness producers apply technology, accelerating emission reduction; (2) integration energy industry market is conducive generation renewable energy, realizes win-win situation government’s environmental benefits enterprise’s economic benefits; (3) adoption promotion virtuous cycle soil microbial communities realization crop income. This evaluates potential impacts combinations reduction based which can help promote application reduction.

The application of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) measures can improve the ability natural resources supply, providing material basis for necessary guarantees sustainable development. However, there is frequently a lack scientific decision-making that incorporates local and social needs when planning NbS measures. In response to different types provide variety resource supply remedies, this study proposed methodology which applied Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) in China, considering four major five elements, are assigned steps according "where-what-how" framework. results showed indicative sites implementation distributed three parallel stripes pattern across area, among them, water food were two most needed covering up 80% area area. Combined with estimated 2030, socio-climatic development pathways lead changes prioritized exported by sites. Our approach be used plan decisions multiple compensation capacity where it needed.

Ecological flow is a crucial determinant of river ecosystem well-being and aquatic stability. Large- medium-sized reservoirs, with flood prevention, irrigation, power generation functions, necessitate scientifically devised ecological release plan for conservation water quality amelioration. This study centered on three reservoirs in the Jiaojiang River Basin Zhejiang Province, China. Using measured outflow data, hydrological approach was initially adopted to calculate individual reservoir flows. Subsequently, entropy weight method employed ascertain most suitable flow. grade thresholds were then established formulate optimal scheme.
