Integrated energy systems (IESs) considering power-to-gas (PtG) technology are an encouraging approach to improve the efficiency, reliability, and elasticity of system. As evolution towards decarbonization is increasing, unified coordination between IESs PtG also increasing. option for long-term storage in form gas, but, compared other technologies, it economically expensive at present time optimize technology. This article presents a comprehensive review state-of-the-art research developments regarding integrated presented emphasizes planning economic analysis, including system integration enhancements focusing on optimization, conversion operation stability enhance facilities consumers. The role generation, transmission, distribution, consumption discussed.
