The first three industrial revolutions facilitated the transition from manual production to automation, while Industry 4.0 has supported concept of smart manufacturing aimed at flexible and efficient goods. This transformation been made possible through Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), enabling real-time communication collaboration. However, this shift raises concerns about dehumanization work, as modern systems heavily rely on mechanization data-driven processes. driven 5.0, which aims harmonize human skills with intelligent by blending efficiency automation cognitive abilities create a more balanced paradigm. In book chapter, bibliometric analysis studies conducted inception 5.0 in 2019 present performed, topic discussed depth. It also examines emerging trends, highlights dominant research areas, explores methodological frameworks, summarizes existing findings topic.

ABSTRACT Energy security performs a decisive position in the economic sustainability and societal development. As Taiwan attempts for sustainable expansion, decoupling energy is fundamental requires advanced information technologies infrastructure application, especially connection to Industry 5.0 era. However, two concepts proxy manifest multi‐dimensional nature with vast literature; there an absence of strategic roadmap implementation tactics. This study presents systematic data‐driven analysis combining text mining, fuzzy Delphi method, interpretive structural modelling, decision‐making trial evaluation laboratory, analytic network process outline distinct unveil contributions. There are 22 valid indicators generated allocated into five aspects. The causal interrelation model obtained. technological advancement integration, environmental climate actions, public demand perception categorised as causative top indicated change mitigation, cyber‐physical systems, investment, perception, supply–demand side technologies. enriches theoretical literature serves valuable practical locus improve 5.0.

Life cycle assessment (LCA) is being considered as an essential means for promoting sustainability in Industry 5.0, a paradigm human-centered, resilient, and environmentally friendly industrialization. Cycle Assessment assesses the environmental pressure of products procedures throughout their life cycle, from raw material energy extraction through end-of-life disposal, allowing firms to locate minimize ecological footprints. Integrating life-cycle into 5.0 can help businesses develop smarter, more sustainable manufacturing practices using technologies such artificial intelligence Internet Things (IoT) reduce waste improve resource efficiency. Such alignment facilitates creation circular economy models, enabling reuse recycling materials lowering reliance on limited resources. Also, human-centric vision guarantees that objectives are balanced with preserving labor conditions societal prosperity.
