Under
the
combined
influences
of
climate
change
and
human
activities,
western
Jilin
(WJ)
Province,
as
a
typical
ecologically
fragile
area,
has
experienced
ecological
degradation
resource
depletion.
Therefore,
it
is
urgently
needed
to
assess
its
carrying
capacity
(ECC)
provide
scientific
support
for
regional
protection
management.
This
study
integrated
“Pressure-State-Response”
(P-S-R)
model
with
“production,
living,
spaces”
(PLES)
conceptual
construct
comprehensive
evaluation
indicator
system
ECC.
The
weights
were
calculated
using
Bayesian
BWM-CRITIC-CWDF
linear
combination
method,
spatial–temporal
distribution
ECC
was
then
assessed

improved
TOPSIS
gray
relational
analysis
(GRA).
