Flat plate solar water heaters (SWHs) are well‐known thermal systems for their simplicity and efficiency in heating water. Enhancing functionality, dual‐purpose air‐water (SAWHs) integrate both space heating, thereby reducing energy costs while maintaining minimal installation complexity. These harness to efficiently transfer heat air water, presenting a versatile solution sustainable applications. This research investigates the performance of new design SAWH under irradiation 1100 W/m. In this innovative design, tubes feature semi‐circular cross‐section maximize contact area with absorber. The study examines effect varying inlet temperatures (32, 37, 42°C) on transfer, temperature distribution, efficiency. Additionally, effects different mass flow rates have been investigated. Results indicate that as increases, rate waterside decreases from 788 695 W due reduced difference between Conversely, air‐side increases 120 157.6 W, benefiting enhanced facilitated by higher difference. Thermal shows slight decline, dropping 82.5% 77.5% temperatures. (0.01–0.026 kg/s) (0.015–0.06 were investigated, showing 1.77% improvement 5.13% increase rates. findings emphasize advantages heater systems, achieving an average about 80%, which is significantly than 77.6% 27.8% comparable single‐purpose (SAH) heart, respectively.
