Utilizing potassium salt aggregates and waste brine to produce underground cemented filling materials can address the storage issue. However, it is essential for backfill meet specific transport characteristics. This paper examines transportation characteristics of lime-cemented mine a potash mine. The parameters were optimized process mines through loop experiments model simulations. Results indicate that slump fluidity slurry diminished with increasing lime content solid concentration. Additionally, growth rate pressure loss at bent pipe per unit distance in horizontal increased rapidly over time, indicating decline flowability slurry. dosage concentration must align requirements. When 0.5%, 70–75%; conversely, 0.7% 65%, maximum pumpable time extends 1 h. compressive strength cured material after 28 days exceeds 1.01 MPa, meeting requirements 300 m vertical pipes 5000 pipes. In case study, actual flow surpasses calculated critical rate. estimated measured values on-site exhibit strong correlation. As rises, discrepancy between also increases. test slightly enhances backfill. findings from this article aid determining as binder.
