Methods A total of 274 ESCC patients who underwent surgery at the Affiliated Huai’an No. 1 People’s Hospital Nanjing Medical University were included study. Of these, 127 received conventional nursing decisions management, 147 “5 + nursing” strategy. The main observation indicators both groups score, analgesic dosage, side effects, length hospital stays. Results group showed significantly lower score shorter stays than group. There was no significant difference effects between two groups. Multiple logistic regression analysis that is an independent risk factor predicting arrhythmias patients. When daily average dose opioids used postoperatively 37.5 50 mg, patient’s dropped fastest. Conclusion strategy can effectively reduce degree shorten stays, improving quality life. Our research emphasizes importance as well need individualized perioperative strategies.
