Design
and
production
technology

composites

both
characteristics,

scaled
up,

Based
case
studies
adaptive
techniques
derived
from
composite
industry
concrete
casting,
two
approaches
mass
customised
NFRP
profiles
are
proposed.
Both
processes
foam
recycled
PET,
which
is
used
as
either
removable
mould
or
stay-in-place
(SIP)
core.
Once
textile
reinforcement
placed
mould,
by
helical
winding
prepregs
in
form
mass-produced
preforms,
its
elastic
properties
allow
free-forming
profile
before
resin
fully
cured.
This
paper
investigates
range
deformations
that
it
possible
achieve
each
method

reduced
weight,

recyclability.
While
thermoset
composites
are
crucial,
thermoplastics
gaining
popularity
their
sustainability
manufacturing
advantages.
They
offer
quicker
processing,
easier
production,
recyclability,
aligning
with
goals.
carbon,
glass,
aramid
fibers
remain
dominant,
natural
like
flax
hemp
high
performance
affordability
lower
impact.
Natural-based
yarns
finding
applications
automotive,
construction,
consumer
goods,
sports
equipment.
Hybrid
yarns,
blending
polymeric
fibers,
promote
ecological
solutions.
This
review
outlines
the
benefits
natural-based
