Traditional drug delivery techniques often have drawbacks such inadequate bioavailability, quick clearance, and non-specific targeting, which may result in unfavorable side effects. Hybrid nanocarriers composed of nanoclay the potential to be a viable solution these problems. The goal this work was design biocompatible hybrid nanocarrier that would release curcumin under regulated conditions specific locations, especially cancer cells. FTIR, XRD, FESEM were used effectively construct evaluate our polyvinyl pyrrolidone/polyethylene glycol/montmorillonite (PVP/PEG/MMT) hydrogels, verifying their synthesis intended features. Ovarian cancer stands as the fifth most prevalent among women, causing more mortalities than any other disease of female reproductive system. There are numerous histological subtypes ovarian cancer, each which has distinct clinical characteristics, risk factors, cell origins, molecular compositions, and therapeutic options. Typically, it is identified at a late stage, there no efficient screening method. Standard therapies for newly diagnosed cytoreductive surgery platinum-based chemotherapy. The difficulties traditional procedures encourage researchers to search approaches, such nanotechnology. Due unique characteristics matter nanoscale, nanomedicine emerged potent tool creating novel drug carriers that effective have fewer adverse effects treatments. Nanocarriers including liposomes, dendrimers, polymer nanoparticles, micelles properties in surface chemistry, morphology, mechanism action can distinguish between malignant normal cells, paving way targeted delivery.
