In this study, hydrogels were synthesized using Prunus persica ev. Bayramiç Beyazı extract as a crosslinker. N-3-(Dimethylamino)propyl methacrylamide (DMAPMA) and 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) monomers used in by redox polymerization. Hydrogel@Ag composites created synthesizing Ag0 nanoparticles within hydrogel network structures cross-linked with plant an in-situ green synthesis method. These characterized swelling, FTIR, TEM, XRD, TGA methods. The hydrogel@Ag loaded Naproxen Cefazolin drugs. in-vitro drug release profiles of the examined pH = 5.5 PBS environment, it was determined that approximately 75% drugs released 5 h. kinetics model for Higuchi model, followed Korsmeyer-Peppas model. nanoparticle encapsulation significantly affected degree swelling. MBA showed swelling capacity 370.16% mass, while fruit exhibited 1000.78% mass. silver-encapsulated demonstrated even higher 2313% Additionally, antibacterial tests against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis microorganisms, Ag-free did not exhibit activity.

Hybrid nanoscintillators, which feature a heavy inorganic nanoparticle conjugated with an organic emitter, represent promising avenue for advancements in diverse fields, including high-energy physics, homeland security, and biomedicine. Many research studies have shown the suitability of hybrid nanoscintillators radiation oncology, showing potential to improve therapeutic results compared traditional protocols. In this work, we studied SiO2/ZnO nanoparticles functionalized porphyrin as photosensitizer, capable producing cancer cytotoxic reactive oxygen species possible use radio-oncological therapeutics. Radioluminescence measurements under increasing energy ionizing beam up 10 keV show sensitization moieties on SiO2/ZnO. This can be attributed increase deposition promoted by ZnO nanoparticles, higher density atomic number. assumption was confirmed computational simulations after first interaction SiO2, ZnO, air. Indeed, Monte Carlo evidence that, despite decrease absolute number X-rays interacting within system while beam, at keV, presence is dominant enhance deposition. In present study the green synthesis of silver oxide nanoparticles has been effectively achieved using novel plant extract Phragmanthera Macrosolen. This method provides sustainable alternative for nanoparticle synthesis, demonstrating potential Macrosolen as a reducing and stabilizing agent in production Ag2O NPs. The synthesized were characterized their structural, morphological, optical properties, confirming successful formation applications various fields. effects different pH values annealing temperature samples on properties NPs formations, well photo-catalytic activities towards Toluidine Blue dye degradations, studied. Powder XRD reveals that crystallite natures long with crystalline size ranges from 25.85 to 35.90 nm. FIB-SEM HR-TEM images displayed spherical shapes. UV-vis spectroscopy belong direct-band gap 2.1–2.6 eV. FTIR- shown may be steadied via interfaces –OH C = O groups carbohydrate, flavonoid, tannin, phenolic acid existing P. macrosolen L. leaf. chemical states, electron-hole recombinations purity Ag confirmed through X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) PL analysis respectively. Fascinatingly, at 12 high degradations TB dyes. dyes monitored spectro-photo-metrically wave-length 200–900 nm, efficiency (98.50%) half-life 9.5798 min kinetic rate constant 0.07234 min−1, was obtained after 45 reactions.
