The
effective
tracking
and
management
of
on-site
operations
in
power
infrastructure
(PI)
is
critical
for
assuring
operational
reliability
avoiding
service
interruptions.
Traditional
monitoring
systems
are

constrained
by
human

times,

to
give
real-time
data
on
system
conditions.

research
uses
a

Abstract:
The
study
aimed
to
propose
a
conceptual
framework
for
electronic
performance
in
tax
institutions
achieve
justice
and
economic
development
the
Red
Sea
State,
Sudan.
researcher
used
descriptive-analytical
approach
document
analysis
reference
studies,
with
sample
of
more
than
70
published
documents
from
2021
2024.
consists
an
introduction
five
sections.
first
section
covered
theoretical
performance,
second
assessed
readiness
institutions'
infrastructure
absorb
systems,
third
analyzed
challenges
opportunities
facing
digital
transformation,
fourth
discussed
its
relationship
sustainable
development.
results
showed
that
implementation
State
faces
related
(weak
infrastructure,
lack
training,
outdated
legislation).
Based
on

results,
proposed
Sudan
as
whole,

recommendations
