the
market
for
grafting
materials
has
a
positive
trend.
The
most
used
biomaterials
applied
to
replace
regenerate
are
based
on

ABSTRACT
Agriculture
is
an
important
sector
of
the
economy
but
consumes
significant
amounts
water,
a
precious
and
limited
natural
resource.
However,
superabsorbent
polymers
combined
with
essential
oils
(EO)
can
be
used
to
obtain
sustained
release
nutrients
improved
soil
water
retention
capacity
by
hydrogel,
they
act
as
repellence
in
crops
farm
crop
enemies.
Were
synthesized,
poly(vinyl
alcohol)
(PVOH)
hydrogels,
crosslinked
organics
acids
(malic
tartaric)
EO
incorporated
(clove,
orange,
vanilla),

ABSTRACT
This
study
aimed
to
develop
polyvinyl
alcohol
(PVA)
and
kappa‐carrageenan
(κCA)
biocomposite
films
using
a
Pickering
emulsion
technique
for
wound
care
applications.
Juniper
essential
oil
modified
sepiolite
were
incorporated
enhance
functionality,
with
prepared
via
solvent
casting
characterized
structural,
thermal,
mechanical
properties.
The
PCOS‐2
film
exhibited
the
highest
performance,
Young's
modulus
of
6.25
±
1.3
MPa,
tensile
strength
5.65
1.7
elongation
at
break
608.96%
72.8%.
Antibacterial
assays
showed
inhibition
zones

against
Staphylococcus
aureus
Escherichia

,
