Abstract Because of the worsening soil Cd pollution, safe production covered soil‐cultivated edible fungi Dectyophora rubrovolvata is facing serious threats. However, use biochar for heavy metal immobilization differs from conventional remediation processes as a result rhizospheric acidification and presence dissolved organic matter. Therefore, this study investigated changes in soils availability speciation, matter components after D. cultivation addition. The results showed that mycelium inoculation increased HAc‐Cd, CaCl 2 ‐Cd DTPA‐Cd concentrations by 4.7%, 131.7% 11.4%, respectively.
