This study evaluated an effective approach for the removal of chlorpyrifos (Chp) and atrazine (Atz) pesticides using graphitic carbon nitride photocatalyst (g-CN). Experimental results showed that under solar light, g-CN was able to remove 82.4% Chp 73.6% Atz at initial concentration 10 mg L-1. It also exhibited total organic efficiency 95.3% 84.7% after 150 min. Besides, is more with a degradation around 10% higher than visible light. The characterization confirmed high purity its strong UV light absorption ability, some extension into region. In addition, recent methods used were discussed evaluated. photocatalytic process most widely method removing compared other techniques.
