The electrification of transportation is experiencing rapid development. Electric bicycles (e-bikes) are commonly employed as convenient modes transportation. Thanks to the advantages long life and high energy density, lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) widely used in e-bikes. In certain business models, e-bikes can utilize rental LIBs, which centrally managed at charging stations. low-temperature discharging performance LIB system poses a significant challenge during usage. Among various heating methods, alternating current (AC) has garnered attention due its efficiency been applied quickly warm up system. To address this issue, an AC model was established determine appropriate frequency magnitude current, prototype for modules designed. A full-bridge topology established, experimental platform constructed test effectiveness proposed thermoelectric under different frequencies currents. results show that heat 18650 battery module within 20 min. Under ambient temperature −20 °C, using 10 A, 100 Hz excitation achieves rate 1.3 °C per minute, with minimum power losses. also fast response time only 70 ms. Finally, strategies insulation scenario swapping station. This research holds great significance resolving problem cold regions.
